🚛 **OTR CDL-A Reefer Drivers Wanted – Easy & Quick Trans** Family-owned refrigerated carrier based in Schaumburg, IL, operating for 12+ years with 80+ trucks. 💰 **Pay:** **63–75 CPM** (based on endorsements and experience) 💵 **Average Weekly Pay:** $1,700–$2,500+ ✅ $1,500 Weekly Minimum Guarantee ✅ All Miles Paid (Loaded & Empty) **What We Offer:** • 2023–2025 Freightliner Cascadias & Internationals • APUs & Refrigerators in every truck • No-Touch Freight • Designated Dispatch • Rider & Pet Friendly • Flexible Home Time • Detention, Layover & Extra Stop Pay • Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus up to $500 **Requirements:** • Valid CDL-A • 2 Years OTR Experience within the last 3 years • Ability to run nights and early mornings • Mountain driving experience preferred • Tanker endorsement required within 45 days • Hazmat & TWIC required within 45 days ($500 endorsement bonus available) **Running Areas:** Southeast, Midwest, East Coast, and Southwest (No Northwest).
