Program description
United Global Carrier sends recruiting and application-status text messages only to drivers who directly submit its branded application form and separately opt in to SMS updates. Messages are limited to application confirmations, recruiter follow-up, interview scheduling, document requests, and hiring status updates.
Opt-in and consent
A driver opts in by entering a phone number and checking an optional SMS consent box on United Global Carrier's branded application form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and clearly states the driver agrees to receive recurring recruiting and application-status text messages from United Global Carrier. Consent is not a condition of purchase or employment.
Help and opt-out
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile opt-in data, consent records, and related messaging data are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes.
